Abstract
Retinal Capillary Hemangioma is a benign retinal hamartoma with various syndromic associations. A 20 year old female patient presented with Right eye diminution of vision which was insidious in onset, which was gradually progressing and painless. Vision was FC5ft. Projection of rays was inaccurate in inferior quadrant. Fundoscopy revealed multiple capillary aneurysms, severe tortuous dilated vessels, hard exudates and vitreous hemorrhage. Other eye was normal. OCT demonstrated neurosensory detachment with macular edema.Fluoroscein Angiogram in early phase revealed venous tortuosity and hyperfluroscence, while in late phase focal leakage was noted. Patient was treated with Posterior Subtenon Triamcilone and Anti VEGF injection. Laser Photocoagulation of lesion was done to improve vision.
