Abstract
Purpose: To highlight post traumatic cataract in a child. A diagnostic dilemma and an intraoperative challenge
Methods- Slit lamp examination and Intraoperative video
Results- Post traumatic cataract in Children comes in different presentations. In this case, the cataract looks like a subluxated lens but turns out to be partial cataract in the child.
Conclusion- Cataract in children does not follow rules and may present in different size and shapes!
