FP2603 : Uncharted Territory: lesions at atypical site

Abstract

An 11 yr old female presented to OPD with a large mass in right inferior orbit. Initially a small mass noticed by her mother at age of 6 months in lower eyelid. The eyeball was absent since birth, as told by the mother. The lesion slowly progressed over time. At presentation one large mass in inferior orbit was present, with small lobular extension was present nasally. Complete Excision of mass was done under GA. With 3 month of followup patient is currently doing well.
