Abstract

Orbital venolymphatic malformations ( VLMs) are benign congenital vascular lesions . Intralesional sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment modality for venolymphatic malformation .
We present to you a case of a 10 year old female child brought by father to eye out patient department with chief complaint of reddish mass over white part of right eye since childhood.
Patient was clinically evaluated and clinical photographs were documented and MRI brain + orbit was adviced .
– On investigating the patient – MRI head + orbit was done : findings likely represents benign vascular lesion involving right sclera likely ? venolymphatic malformation .
Patient was initiated on sclerotherapy – injection Bleomycin was given in two sittings.
