FP1002 : CASE REPORT ON APOCRINE HIDROCYSTOMA OF THE EYELID

Abstract

STUDY DESIGN – Case Report PURPOSE – To report case of Apocrine hidrocystoma of eyelid in an 80-year-old female. METHODOLOGY- The case was reported at out-patient department of ophthalmology, KMCH, Katihar on 7/05/2023 RESULT- A 80 years old female, farmer by occupation, came to the ophthalmology department with complaints of a mass over right lower eyelid for 5 months. masss not associated with pain A single, bluish-green mass, measurin10mby 10mm, well circumscribed, located 1mm laterally from the medial canthus and 1mm below the lower lid margin. There was no congestion or discharge. Mass was non tender, non-fluctuant and not adherent to the surrounding structures. Patient had immature senile cataract in both eyes. Rest of the anterior segment was within normal limits.Fundus examination of both eye is normal limit .All routinebloodinvestigations were within normal limits.Ultrasonography of the local swelling was done which revealed a 1cm-by-1cm cystic swelling
