FP0805 : Mystifying haemorrhagic choroidal detachment

Abstract

67 year old female presented with decreased vision in left eye since 10 days . Patient has underwent Trabe+ Phaco in left eye 10 days back . Anterior segment showed low bleb with pseudophakia . IOP in right eye was normal and in left eye was 4 mm Hg . Fundus examination showed cup disc ratio of 0.7 and superior localized fluid/haemorrhagic was noted along the superotemporal arcade s/o haemorrhagic choroidal detachment . Patient was followed up and oral steroids 40 mg/day was started in tapering dose . On further follow up BCVA improved with restoration of normal IOP and patient is on follow up.
