VT0599 : Challenging case of Phacodonesis with NS3 gr operated with SICS with PCIOL with anterior vitrectomy

Abstract

60 year old male present with diminution of vision in his both eyes. On presentation his visual acuity was 5/60 vision, both eyes cornea and conjunctiva were normal. To rule age related changes in his both eyes patient dilated with tropicamide and on slit lamp examination NS3 grade cataract along with Phacodonesis present. Dilated eyes fundus shows clear media in his both eyes,normal cup disc ration of 0.3 and foveal reflux present.
