In the realm of medical imaging, interpreting orbital lesions on CT scans is crucial.Our video tutorial is tailored to both Ophthalmologist and Trainees, offering a comprehensive guide to demystifying the intricacies of orbital lesions. We delve into a systematic approach, teaching how to meticulously describe these lesions, pinpoint their origin, ascertain their precise location within the orbital space, assess size and shape, evaluate internal characteristics, and ultimately, distinguish between benign and malignant lesions. We also emphasize the importance of recognizing subtle but critical indicators, often referred to as RED FLAGS that signal the need for further investigation.
