Abstract
In the realm of medical procedures, innovation and precision are key components that can significantly impact patient outcomes. This video abstract presents an intriguing case of a young patient with uncontrolled type 1 diabetes mellitus with a orbital dermoid cyst. He underwent Intralesional Foam Sclerotherapy procedure using Sodium Tetradecyl Sulfate (30mg/ml). Through meticulous execution of this novel approach, the patient experienced a successful outcome with no residual lesion, scar, or aesthetic blemish during the 13.4-months follow-up.
