(1) Motivate Ophthalmologists to volunteer their professional skills, for the needy patients
(2) interactive platform to understand the implications, logistics and requirements to undertake a successful volunteer eye care expedition in remote areas: rural/ urban
(3) Tips and tricks to undertake clinical examination, investigations, and diagnostics, in a restricted environment
(4) Social and interpersonal training to undertake a volunteer mission, with a new team, in an unfamiliar terrain
(5) training the young local ophthalmologists, in that area

The aim is to motivate the ophthalmologists in thenon NGO ( private sector) to participate, in a limited manner, to reverse the tide of curable blindness
