Abstract
Ocular traumas are the common cause for ocular morbidity leading to ocular disfigurement and blindness. Children are more vulnerable for facial and ocular injury even with trivial trauma. Globe luxation is anterior displacement of eye ball which can be spontaneous, traumatic, or occasionally voluntarily. We are presenting such a case of globe luxation in a 13-year-old male following trauma with bicycle hand brake. He presented to us with poor visual acuity and proptosed eye but recovered with good visual and functional outcome following globe repositioning surgery.
