Abstract

Choroidal detachment associated with retinal detachment leads to poorer outcomes due to multiplicity of factors involved in the pre, intra, post-operative periods. In this video we describe techniques to optimize outcomes in these complex and challenging cases. We describe drainage of choroidal mounds using various techniques.
