Abstract

Suprachoroidal hemorrhage is a rare complication with dreadful outcomes. Though the incidence is less with modern surgical techniques, anticipation is the key. In this video, we shall be highlighting on systemic and ocular risk factors, identification of early signs of suprachoroidal haemorrhage and prompt actions to prevent expulsive haemorrhage. Secondary approach to manage suprachoroidal hemorrhage with different strategies to manage varied severity of suprachoroidal hemorrhage will also be discussed.
