Abstract

Managing Cataracts in an eye of Coloboma are most challenging. Surgery in smaller size of eyeball are real difficult. Above all most of cases they have very hard cataract along with fragile capsule and inadequate zonular support. not single technique is suitable to manage all case .These video will demonstrate different techniques of management in different condition of eye considering size of eyeball, hardness of cataract and zonular support.
