Abstract
Sticker Syndrome, a hereditary connective tissue disorder, impacts maxillofacial, ocular, auditory, and musculoskeletal systems attributed to defective collagen production. Family history is a risk factor and offspring face a 50% manifestation risk. Clinical signs include characteristic facies and joint deformities, with common ocular manifestations being vitreous syneresis and lattice degeneration. A 43-year-old female of presented with vision loss in left eye with past history of seizures and a family history of retinal detachment. She had tall thin built with severe kyphosis. Dilated fundoscopy revealed multiple radial perivascular lattices with holes in the right eye and chronic total retinal detachment with multiple radial lattices in the left eye.RE barrage laser and LE RD surgery was done. Managing surgery in these cases is challenging due to abnormal vitreous. Successful outcomes require meticulous PVD induction using active suction, forceps, and finesse loop techniques.
