Abstract
A 25-year-old man presented with a history of blunt trauma to his left eye a month back and had undergone scleral tear repair with lens matter removal 2 weeks back. On examination his vision was found to be perception of light in left eye, but the anterior chamber was formed and the cornea was clear. Ultrasound B-Scan revealed multiple vitreous echoes suggestive of massive vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment was also suspected. This surgical video demonstrate, tireless efforts of the surgeon in such a challenging situation will results in satisfactory outcome, against all odds.
