Abstract
Two young men presented with history of a penetrating trauma 2 weeks back with history of sclera-corneal tear repair (elsewhere). Vision were noted to be PL +ve in the affected eyes. Hyphaema noted in the anterior chamber and sutures in the sclera. No view of the fundus could be obtained due to exudates in the vitreous cavity. USG B-Scan and CT Scan revealed a large IOFB lodged in the vitreous cavity. Vitrectomy and IOFB removal was planned. This surgical video demonstrate, tireless efforts of the surgeon in such a challenging situation will results in satisfactory outcome against all odds.
