Abstract

For management for large exotropia, very few options are available, of which true transposition is an efficient procedure.
In true transposition, the resected portion of medial rectus muscle is attached to lateral rectus muscle to increase the effectiveness of recession of lateral rectus.
Through this procedure, about 55 to 60 prisms of exotropia is corrected.
In this vedio we want to share our experience of this procedure show casing the technique and results of the procedure in few cases of large exotropia
