Abstract
This course deals with EXTREME GRADES of difficulty in cataract surgery , innovative techniques and management by the surgeons. The instructors will present a four minute video on such extreme situations and the panel will discuss subsequently alternate possibilities in such scenario. The importance of preoperative evaluation , intra operative tips and tricks, innovative management and the improvement of outcomes in such situations will be discussed at length with clear take home messages.
