FP0798 : Paracentral acute middle maculopathy: case series

Abstract

a mini case series of patients proved and managed on oct findings as a case of paracentral acute middle maculopathy. Clinical diagnosis is based on patient’s h/o acute onset negative scotoma with no other visual or ocular symptoms. Funduscopy may not reveal significant abnormalities. PAMM lesions appear as subtle white parafoveal lesions in deeper layers of retina, smoother in contour and greyer than cotton wool spots. Average age of presentationis between 50- 60 years. Enface OCT and OCT-angiography was highly depictive of this entity.
Result: The presentation discusses diagnosis and management of such cases and assessment of visual acuity and posterior segment finding post treatment.
