Abstract

Covishield ( Oxford- AstraZeneca) vaccine of Serum Institute of India is known to cause headache which is self- limiting and of short duration. The association of IIH with COVID-19 is studied to some extent. But presentation of IIH post COVID vaccination is rare. So far only few cases of IIH following Oxford- AstraZeneca vaccine is reported in literature. Regardless of etiology, this disorder is debilitating and may lead to permanent reduction in visual acuity.
