FP3086 : Rare Case of Choroidal Hemangioma treated with Plaque Brachytherapy

Study Design – Case Report
Purpose To analyse the benefit of Plaque Brachytherapy in Choroidal Melanoma.
Methods 45Y/F patient presented to OPD 2yrs back with Gradual Progressive DOV, Distortion of images, heaviness in LE since 1yr. She has h/o head trauma 1yr back. Pat. underwent detailed examination including VA, Slit Lamp, OCT, B Scan & FFA. After exam. & inv. She was referred to higher centre for further t/t.
Results Pat. Presented with BCVA of FC@1/2m. Fundus Exam. Showed large, orange coloured lesion in Inf. Macular Area with adjacent SRF inf. OCT LE showed large subchoroidal mass involving fovea with Exudative RD. USG B Scan showed large Choroidal mass with homogenous high intensity echoes with adjacent RD. FFA
Showed LE no disc leak and multiple leaks from centre of lesion surrounded by stippled hyperfluorescence, no CNPs in periphery. On follow up after 2yrs, Pat. Vn improved to BCVA 6/6p with resolution of the Choroidal lesion. She was treated with Plaque Brachytherapy
