Abstract
A 44-year-old female presented to OPD with c/o Fleshy Mass in Right eye for 6 months which was gradually increasing in size
Her R/E vision 1/60.
Grade 4 Nasal pterygium covering the pupillary area
Diagnosis: R/E Grade 4 Nasal Pterygium L/E – WNL
MANAGEMENT: Patient underwent Pterygium excision with Amniotic Membrane Grafting
CONCLUSION: Primary pterygium excision with amniotic membrane transplantation is a
safe and effective surgical technique with low recurrence rate.
