Abstract

11 year old female child was brought to the OPD with defective vision in left eye, which was incidentally noticed in school screening. Vision in RE was 6/6 , LE was 6/36. On examination Both eye optic disc coloboma with or without macula involving noted.OCT LE revealed optic disc pit(Which outer defect).On subsequent follow up surprisingly resolution of SRF & IRF was noted.Patient is kept under close follow up,if vision drops will be planned either for surgery or LASER.
