Abstract

A 19 year old female with short stature comes with gradually progressive diminution of vision associated with pain, redness and watering in right eye. Visual acuity OD-Counting finger 1mts,OS-6/24.Anterior segment-OD posterior synechiea 6 -11 clock,KP`s on endothelium.iridocorneal touch with posterior embryotoxon. OS-posterior synechiae 11-1’o clock. On general examination -short stature with rhizhomelic shortening of the limbs,macrocephaly,characteristic facies with frontal bossing, midface retrusion,limitation of elbow extension and rotation,genu varum,brachydactyly and lumbar lordosis noted. IOP by GAT-OD-55mmHg,OS-25mmHg refractory to maximum dosage of mannitol and Acetazolamide.Trabeculectomy was planned but the patient was not willing for the same.Currently on FDC of Timolol and Brimonidine eyedrops,Dorzolamide and Travoprost with Prednisoslone and Homide eye drops for uveitis. Patient – symptomatically better.Fundus OU-myopic changes.Gonioscopy OU-open angles in all quadrants.
