Abstract
We report a case of 60 y/o female, who presented with a growing fleshy mass & redness in left eye for 1 month associated with pain and watering. Initially, she was on symptomatic management elsewhere & was referred to our hospital. On examination, a 6×4 mm2 elevated pinkish red lesion was noted with circumscribed borders, several superficial tufts of blood vessels & deep feeder vessels. A greyish white membranous extension onto cornea (5 – 9 o’clock) was seen, Rose Bengal stain+. Anterior chamber had an irregular, diffuse greyish white growth originating from the angles. Serology was negative. On B-scan USG, posterior segment was normal. Clinically diagnosed as ocular surface squamous neoplasia with ciliary melanoma. Treatment done left eye enucleation + HPE. OSSN with ciliary melanoma is very uncommon , studies have shown it is very difficult to distinguish between the different types of OSSN
