Abstract

A 55 years old female presented with dimunition of vision in both eyes for 1 year.Vision noted in OD was 6/24 & OS was 3/60.On anterior segment examination ,both eyes have diffuse iris atrophy with pseudophakia and PCO.On Fundus examination in OD was normal ,OS having pale disc with traction band in inferotemopral quadrant.Systemic history unremarkable with presence of hand and foot deformity.Patient was taken up for surgery and pars plana vitrectomy with silicon oil . During surgery, further features were noted that weren’t suggestive of typical Tractional retinal detachment and surgery was abandoned.Patient was under follow up
