Abstract
A 28year old non diabetic male presented with pain and redness of the left eye with a vision of 6/24 since 3 months. He underwent left eye scleral nodule excision with a scleral patch graft elsewhere and was treated with topical prednisolone. At the time of presentation,he was also on oral anti-tubercular treatment. After using topical steroids his symptoms aggravated, and he came for further management. On examination an intercalary staphyloma was noted with multiple pus points at 7-9 o'clock and Scleral debridement was done. Culture revealed to be positive for Nocardia. Patient was treated with fortified amikacin 2.5%, cefazolin 5% and oral doxycycline. On 3 months followup, vision improved to 6/7.5 with complete resolution
