Abstract
Case reports of two different cases of Adult onset Foveal Vitelliform Dystrophy with varied presentation in different age group spectrum, one in third decade and the other in seventh decade. Multimodal imaging of Infrared image, Fundus photography, Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT Angiography and Fundus Autofluorescence Imaging helped to clinch the diagnosis to differentiate from Choroidal Neovascular membrane. AOFVD ( Adult onset Foveal Vitelliform Dystrophy ) is a great mimicker of other retinal disorders wherein multimodal diagnostic evaluation including detailed fundus evaluation and imaging studies is needed. The lesions are unilateral or bilateral, asymmetric, foveal round elevated with pigmentation. OCT demonstrates homogenous or heterogenous hyper reflective material between RPE and neurosensory retina. FAF demonstrates autofluorescence and visual prognosis is usually favourable.
