Abstract
A patient presented with phacomorphic cataract in both eyes, acute attack in one eye and raised intraocular pressure in another eye. In the eye with acute attack, pupil was mid-dilated and other eye had non-dilating pupil of 2 mm. Apart from this the patient also had tropicamide allergy. The two eyes were handled in two different ways and we had sufficiently good visual results in both. This video will show two different approaches in 2 eyes of same person done in quick succession.
