Abstract
A female patient with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy presented to us with a history glare and diminuition of vision for last three years. She was using on and off topical ripasudil. Gradually the glare became very disturbing for her. We gave her the choice of DSEK/DMEK and DSO. She chose DSO. After the procedure she was kept on topical ripasudil eye drop four times a day for two months along with tapering dose of topical steroids. She responded well. The cornea cleared up significantly. The vision improved to 6/12. The glare reduced significantly. However, at the time of writing this abstract some stromal scarring was noted.
