Abstract:
Purpose: To study various lid surgeries depending upon cause.
Methods:
Various Entropion, Ectropion, Retraction of eyelid cases presented at Ophthalmology Dept. Different approaches preferred depending upon which lid involved and severity and type of Lid malformation.
Upper lid entropion operated by Tarsal wedge resection and marginal rotation of tarsal plate. Lower lid entropion operated by Weiss procedure and Jones procedures. Ectropion correction done by Latera; tarsal strip. Upper lid retraction corrected by Lamellar mullerectomy. Postoperative correction achieved in all cases.
