Abstract

A 40 Years old male came to OPD with h/o of prominence of eye ball since 1 year he had no other ocular complaints k/c/o DM ,Hypothyroidism on OHA and thyronorm 25 mcg since 2yrs. ocular examination revealed best corrected visual acuity of 6/12 in both eyes . A detailed anterior segment evaluation was done and found to be bilateral proptosis is noted Hertel's ophthalmometer (base at 105) measuring right eye 24 mm, left eye 24 mm lid retraction is noted , Fundus Evaluation of right eye is unremarkable left eye revealed normal disc and vessels with area of bare sclera devoid of overlying normally differentiated retina or choroid inferotemporally to the disc with normal intervening tissue inbetween the disc and colobomatous region (Ida Mann type 4 )MRI BRAIN reveals B/L axial proptosis no c/o retro orbital lesion /mass
