Abstract

Bell's palsy is a type of facial paralysis that results in an inability to control the facial muscles on the affected side of the face.
The inherited disease of unilateral anotia and ipsilateral Bell’s palsy is exceedingly uncommon. The prevalence of Anotia in combination with congenital Bell’s palsy is well-known by Berry-Treacher Collins and Goldenhar syndrome. The eyes themselves can be affected with vision loss (33%), strabismus (37%), congenital cataracts, and even occasional microphthalmia or anophthalmia. Despite the prevalence of anotia in combination with Bell’s palsy, there have been relatively very few case reports about the corresponding conditions in India.
Here, we report a case of a 27 -year-old male, with congenital Bell’s palsy of left side of the face with ipsilateral  Anotia and upper limb deformity , choanal atresia , slurred speech, dribbling of saliva and tongue-tie syndrome.
