Abstract

Introduction: Involutional (aponeurotic) ptosis is an age related condition caused by dehiscence, disinsertion or stretching of levator aponeurosis. Most common cause of ptosis overall.
Case Report: A 62 year old male who presented with chief complaints of bilateral drooping of upper eyelid (right more than left) for 2 years which was gradually progressive in nature.
Result: Advancement of levator aponeurosis has been done.
Conclusion: A desired post operative eyelid height was achieved after advancement of levator aponeurosis.
