FP1285 : Title: Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia (INO): A Case Study

Abstract

Purpose :To describe clinical features, diagnostic workup and management of INO
Case report: A 52-year-old male presented with binocular diplopia associated with headache and dizziness. He was already diagnosed with uncontrolled diabetes and accelerated hypertension and was under physician care. Ocular examination was normal except limited adduction in right eye with ataxic nystagmus in left eye on levoversion . He was diagnosed as right sided INO secondary to systemic disease and followed up. He showed complete recovery in 2 months.
