Abstract
A 45 year old male presented to the OPD with defective vision for distance . On examination BCVA was 6/12 in both eyes.. on examination there was a dilated large episcleral vessel which arises from the lateral fornix passing over the ocular surface towards the limbal area then taking a loop back into the fornix.. no associated hemorrhagic lesions was seen.. iOP WAS normal.. Gonioscopy was done and normal without NVI.fundus examination showed no abnormal retinal vasculature .
