FP1966 : An interesting case of subacute dimness of vision,with not so usual suspect.

Abstract

Study design: Case report
Purpose:
To evaluate comprehensive ophthalmic check up in psychiatric patients for better management and cure.
Method: A patient with mental illness was assessed thoroughly for dimness of vision. Both anterior segment evaluation and posterior segment evaluation done with advanced investigation like multicolour oct and octa for making a proper diagnosis.
Results: A young female psychiatric patient having dimness of vision come to be a case of solar retinopathy
Conclusion:psychiatric patients having greater risk of various Ophthalmological disease,in this case solar retinopathy
