Abstract

65 years female with history of chemical injury had defective vision and pain since 20 days,on examination corneal perforation with anterior dislocation of lens ,patient underwent therapeutic keratoplasty with Amg overlying graft , patient was started on conservative management both topically and orally , patient responded well to medication ,till 3 week , till AMG suture removed, on 4 th week patient develeped graft infiltrate with post segment was normal , started on topical antibiotics and oral steroid , graft failure in 5 th week , could not retrieve back with loose suture , patient had prepthisical eye with failed graft , came for regular followup
