Abstract
ILM peeling has now become a very common step in the management of macular hole and epiretinal membrane. However in some of the other situation like proliferative diabetic retinopathy, chronic diabetic macular edema, retinal detachment, optic disc pits and colobomas, the ILM is anatomically different from the macular hole or epiretinal membrane. In this video, we showcase the difficulties in peeling those difficult ILMs and the methodology to best remove the membranes. This will be a very informative video with animations to show how to tackle different membranes and reach good success rates. A must watch video for all budding vitreoretinal surgeons to learn the tricks of the trade
