Abstract

This is the video of 23 year old male who sustained injury with broken glass piece at his ceramic work factory 6 days back. On the same day he did consult local ophthalmologist where he was diagnosed with large scleral tear and was advised to undergo primary wound repair surgery which he refused and came to us with frank traumatic endophthalmitis and undergone primary wound repair with pars plana vitrectomy with intravitreal antibiotics and anti fungal.
