Abstract

Here is the video of a Giant Retinal Tear with Macular Hole in a patient who was pseudophakic with posterior capsular opacification. There was a limited view of the fundus from the central part of pupillary area. The patient was managed with pars plana vitrectomy with retinectomy with ILM peeling in a detached retina without PFCL injection. The surgeon changed his position to temporal side for better access and using optic disc as an anchor for ILM peeling.
