Abstract

PURPOSE – To report a case of Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome.
METHODS – 35 year old female presented with defective vision . Fundus examiantion showed mutiple serous exudative detachments . Further investigations leads to the diagnosis of VKH syndrome.
RESULTS – Admission and Intravenous steroids followed by long term tapering of oral steroids lead to remission of current episode of VKH syndrome.
