Abstract
Study Design: Case study.
Purpose:RPE (Retinal Pigment Epithelium) hamartoma, a rare ocular condition to understand ocular pathology and improve clinical outcomes for affected individuals.
Method:Case study at tertiary care center
A 13 yr old female patient ,who came to OPD with complaint of poor vision in left eye when closed the right eye while applying eye make up .
Result:Treatment was planned for the paitent ,at First visit OCT was done and amblyopia therapy was given. Review was done after 6 days with oct and surgical treatment for removal of associate ERM was planned ,but patient denied the surgical plan of treatment .
Conclusion: This study aims to discuss its etiology, prevalence, and demographic trends. It emphasizes the need for early detection and tailored managemet, By shedding light on this rare disease, hoping to broaden our understanding of ocular pathology and improve clinical outcomes for affected individuals.
